And Traditions of Braselton is the ideal place to do it! From our world-class amenities and proximity to an 18-hole golf course to our scenic location near two distinctive and historic downtowns, an award-winning winery, a number of inviting parks and so much more, adventures abound at virtually every turn.
Awesome Amenities
If you lived in our 1140-acre master-planned community, you and your family could enjoy countless days spent poolside at our Swim Club with junior Olympic-sized pool, waterslide and splash zone. You might connect with neighbors on the tennis or pickle ball courts. Schedule a playdate for the little ones on the playground. Work out those muscles at our fitness center or try your hand at a new pose or two at one of our group yoga classes. Or simply take the golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood in search of fun. When you’re ready to explore the world outside of Traditions of Braselton, the surrounding area does not disappoint.
Amazing Adventures
Jackson County Parks & Recreation offers a variety of park experiences to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. Amateur anglers can head to the banks of the Bear Creek Reservoir to cast a line or use the boat launch to place a row boat in the water. Go for a jog on the paved track at Hoschton Park while the kids tackle the playground. Or head to Hurricane Shoals Park for a one-of-a-kind experience that includes strolls along the North Oconee River, Disc Golf Course, Spirit of the River Miniature Golf Course, four playgrounds, sand volleyball court and historic Heritage Village. Braselton Park in the heart of the historic downtown area boasts another playground, splashpad, tennis courts and pavilion that’s perfect for picnics.
Looking for a little more “action?” Michelin Raceway at Road Atlanta has several sports car and motorcycle races planned for the summer months. A little-known fact… admission for kids 12 and under is always FREE. Or you can hop on I-85 and head south to the Mall of Georgia exit where the new Exchange at Gwinnett offers a TopGolf and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games – which puts YOU in the driver’s seat.
For a more grown-up outing, look to the winery at Chateau Elan – which offers tours and a tasting room, along with several dining experiences from which to choose throughout the resort. If beer is more your speed, you’ll be pleased to know that we have the Braselton Brewing Company just around the corner.
If you’re up for a road trip, the restaurants, breweries, sprawling University of Georgia campus and renowned music scene of Athens are less than 25 miles away. Or head to downtown Atlanta with its wealth of attractions, eateries, clubs and more – just an hour drive south.
