All floor plans offered by Pulte Homes in Traditions of Braselton will boast side-load three-car garages, four to five bedrooms (with one plan offering up to seven), two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms (with one plan offering up to six), open concepts at their cores, 2,869-3,205+ square feet of interior living spaces, 10-foot ceilings, and an array of special features. For instance, the Woodward boasts several flex spaces, including a Hobby Room and Sunroom on the first floor and a central loft gathering space on the second floor.
